Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By utilizing our website (https://www.thehouseofenvy.store) you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms:

  1. Stock Availability: While we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, discrepancies may occur, leading to the unavailability of certain items. In such cases, we will fulfill available products and notify you about backordered items. You may choose to wait for restocking or request a refund for the unavailable item.

  2. Returns: Returns are only accepted in the following circumstances: a. If The House of Envy sends you the incorrect item, notify our staff immediately at Info@thehouseofenvy.store, and provide photo evidence of the original packaging, packing slip, and received item. We will issue a return shipping label at our expense and either send the correct product or provide a full refund for that item. b. Items may not be returned due to change of mind. All sales are final.

  3. Delivery Terms: Estimated delivery times vary based on location and chosen courier service. Domestic shipments typically take 2 - 7 days, while international orders can range from 4 - 22 days. We dispatch orders within 2 business days, except on national holidays when shipment delays may occur.

  4. Delivery Address: You can request a change of delivery address before an order is dispatched. Once dispatched, changes cannot be made.

  5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses: We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. Couriers are not available for these locations. Military addresses can be shipped using USPS.

  6. Items Out of Stock: If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock item and dispatch the rest of the order.

  7. Delivery Time Exceeded: If the delivery time exceeds the forecasted estimate, please contact us for investigation and resolution.

  8. Tracking Notifications: Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to follow their shipment's progress based on updates from the shipping provider.

  9. Parcels Damaged in Transit: If a parcel is damaged during transit, reject it if possible and contact our customer service. If delivered without you present, inform customer service for next steps.

  10. Duties & Taxes: Sales tax is included in the displayed price of goods. For international shipments, import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country. Customers are responsible for these costs. Refunds will not include initial shipping costs if a customer refuses to pay duties and taxes.

  11. Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted before an order is dispatched. Once dispatched, refer to our refund policy.

  12. Insurance: Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.
